Scope of these Terms
These Website Terms (the “Terms”) describe use of Afaxon’s public information website and enquiry form. This website does not provide account registration, paid subscriptions or online checkout.
Project and product agreements
Sending an enquiry does not purchase a service or create a delivery commitment. Scope, pricing, payment, cancellation, refunds, support, data handling and ownership for paid work are set out in a separate written agreement. Any SaaS product has its own applicable terms. These Terms do not replace an existing project or product agreement.
Using the website
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the site, send malicious code or use the enquiry form to impersonate someone. Only share information you have authority to provide.
Content and illustrations
The site describes capabilities and possible approaches, not guaranteed results. Workflow concepts and artwork are not client evidence. Technical suitability, integrations, permissions and delivery plans must be assessed for each project. AI outputs can be incorrect and require appropriate review.
Afaxon’s original website content and branding, and third-party materials, remain subject to their respective rights. Contact us if you would like permission to reuse material. Nothing here transfers ownership of customer data or project deliverables.

We aim to keep the information useful and current, but the site may contain errors or be unavailable. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
