Information you send us

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you request. The form sends your message to Afaxon through Zoho’s email service. This website does not create a customer account when you contact us.

If you apply through the existing careers page, the application handling may also receive the role, contact details, message and resume link you provide.

Website delivery and optional analytics

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes requests needed to serve this website. Hosting and email providers may process technical information such as request and delivery records when providing their services.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Allow analytics”. It can process usage information, including pages visited and browser or device information, under Google’s service terms. Selecting “Use essential only” keeps the optional analytics script from loading on subsequent page loads. Withdrawing a previously granted choice disables measurement, clears accessible Google Analytics cookies for this domain and reloads the page.

Browser storage

We use local storage for your cookie and animation preferences. The redesigned pages do not save a theme preference. An older theme preference may still exist in browsers that visited the previous website. See Cookie preferences for the settings control.

Access and retention

Inquiry information is handled by the people and service providers involved in responding to your request. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or the retention of a particular inquiry. Project data, deployment arrangements and retention requirements are agreed separately for the services we provide.
